Super Powder Mill

Super Powder Mill from Nishimura Powder is capable of grinding various types of rice, including white rice, glutinous rice, brown rice, and Riceberry. Utilizing a dry-milling technology, it significantly reduces wastewater production as the process requires no water. The resulting flour features a highly consistent particle size, with an average of 30 microns, while minimizing starch damage. This ensures a high-quality flour, ideal for further value-added processing.

Principle
This fine pulverizer operates by rotating an internal rotor at high speed to generate a high-velocity airflow. Within this airflow, raw materials collide with each other and with the blades to be effectively pulverized. The resulting particle size is extremely fine; depending on the raw material, it can reach the single-micron range. This machine typically covers a pulverization range of approximately 5 µm to 200 µm.

Feature of Super Powder Mill:

- Semi Wet Grinding: Supports semi wet pulverization.
Ultra-Fine and Uniform Particles: Thanks to a mechanism that retains particles inside the machine until they are ground to the pre-set size, the average particle size (D50) is remarkably fine at 25 to 45 µm, achieving a sharp and uniform particle size distribution.
Minimal Temperature Rise: Generates a large volume of air that acts as the grinding medium, which minimizes temperature increases. There is no concern about unwanted gelatinization (alpha-starch formation).

- Material Quality Preservation: Utilizes a self-pulverization method where raw materials collide with each other. This shortens the pulverization time and reduces the impact force during grinding, making it less prone to starch damage.
- High Production Efficiency in a Short Time: The method uses smaller impact power in grinding and crush finishes for a short time, with a production capacity supporting models from lab scale (as low as 10 kg/hr) up to industrial scale (max 1000 kg/hr for SPM-R1050).
- Perfect Moisture Control: Can be combined with an airflow drying unit to keep the moisture content constant after pulverization.
- Easy Maintenance: The machine is designed so that it is easy to open and close the casing, allowing you to clean it easily.
