Utilizing a dry-milling technology, it significantly reduces wastewater production as the process requires no water. The resulting flour features a highly consistent particle size, with an average of 30 microns, while minimizing starch damage. This ensures a high-quality flour, ideal for further value-added processing.

Principle
This fine pulverizer operates by rotating an internal rotor at high speed to generate a high-velocity airflow. Within this airflow, raw materials collide with each other and with the blades to be effectively pulverized. The resulting particle size is extremely fine; depending on the raw material, it can reach the single-micron range. This machine typically covers a pulverization range of approximately 5 µm to 200 µm.
Feature of Super Powder Mill:
- Ultra-Fine and Uniform Particles: Thanks to a mechanism that retains particles inside the machine until they are ground to the pre-set size, the average particle size (D50) is remarkably fine at 25 to 45 µm, achieving a sharp and uniform particle size distribution.

- Perfect Moisture Control: Can be combined with an airflow drying unit to keep the moisture content constant after pulverization.
