Air Knocker

• Higher impact force at lower pressure and less kinetic energy’s loss due to light body made from magnesium alloy.
• Tubing range up to 20 m without auxiliary equipment is benefit from special development of floating valve seat.
• Impact force is adjustable by setting air pressures.
• Multiple knockers can be controlled by 1 control box.

1. Compressed air is moved along valve chamber to the air chamber
2. According to timer setting, the three-way valve is opened, influence differential pressure (△ P) and   trigger valve seat to operate. Compressed air is ejected into the piston chamber in a moment.
3. Compressed air is pushed down the piston rapidly, and  vibrate the mounting base.
